Kingsway Manor's Holly Falkenberg Selected 2023 NYSCAL Nurse of the Year
We are pleased to share that Holly Falkenberg, LPN Clinical Supervisor, Kingsway Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care Center, has been selected 2023 NYSCAL Nurse of the Year.
Holly Falkenberg has been employed at Kingsway Manor since 2019. After working as a charge nurse, Holly was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. She goes above and beyond her job requirements. She manages her own responsibilities while mentoring other LPNs, covering on the unit as needed, and taking call on the weekend. You will often find her providing direct care to residents when they are in need. She never overlooks the residents' clinical status, nutritional needs, socialization, medical appointments, and their overall happiness.
