Our Memory Care Center, located within Kingsway Manor Assisted Living, serves individuals with early to mid-stage cognitive impairment and memory loss. Each resident receives individualized and specific care related to their medical, physical, emotional and social well-being.
Programs offered are designed to maximize independence and to increase each resident's quality of life. Offering support with family focus and individualized attention assures each resident's dignity in a place where they feel safe and comfortable.

- Each team member receives on-going specialized training on cognitive impairment and memory loss
- Care is customized to your loved one's level of memory loss, along with a high staff-to-resident ratio
- Enhanced levels of care available as needs change
- 24 – hour LPNs and aides
- Medication management and coordination of physician, hospice care, podiatric, laboratory, radiology, psychological services
- Registered Nurse oversight and on call 24 hours a day

Azra Stracuzzi
RN, Administrator, Kingsway Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care Center
As Administrator of Kingsway Manor Assisted Living, Azra has 20 years of experience in health care including acute care, long term and assisted living. She began her career in the health care field as a Certified Nurse Assistant, worked to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and eventually a Registered Nurse. She is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during Operation Enduring Freedom and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Azra is pleased to work at Kingsway. "I appreciate the family atmosphere and feel privileged to work with older adults in such a gracious environment".
Holly Falkenberg
Director of Resident Services
Holly is the Director of Resident Services at Kingsway Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care Center, where she brings over a decade of experience in senior healthcare. With a passion for enhancing quality of life and fostering independence, Holly specializes in personalized nursing support tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Her commitment to exceptional care was recognized when she was honored as the NYSCAL Nurse of the Year in 2023. Holly finds fulfillment in the meaningful connections she cultivates with residents and takes pride in offering families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in capable hands.
Ann Marie Robinson
Admissions Specialist, Kingsway Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care Center
Ann Marie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a member of the family services and admissions team at Kingsway. With over 25 years of experience working with Kingsway residents, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of seniors and their families. Ann Marie is passionate about helping seniors find the best living and support solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
She believes strongly in the importance of vibrant and secure communities where seniors can celebrate their life experiences and knowledge, fostering well-being and a sense of belonging. Ann Marie's roots in Schenectady further strengthen her connection to the area and enable her to form strong bonds with residents and their families. Outside of her work, Ann Marie enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, exploring the natural beauty of Upstate New York.
